JENKINS COVE is the jewel of Belleisle Bay. It is large, well protected, and unspoiled. The northern shores are the verdant slopes of working farms, the nearest being the Jenkins family farm for which the cove is named. The southern shores are rocky and wooded. There is ample room here for a fleet of boats, yet a sense of serenity and privacy remains.

Once in the cove, there is a marvelous pocket in the southern shore with perfect protection and room for just about one boat. Unfortunately, two cottages sit at the head of this inner cove, giving it the unwelcome feeling of private property.
