Tidal Range: Mean 18.1 feet; Large 25.2 feet

JUST north of Windmill Point on Head Harbour Passage, Wilsons Beach is a small but active fishing community on Campobello Island, with a man-made harbor. It can be identified on the chart by the light shown at the end of the wharf.

Approaches. The approach from Head Harbour Passage is straightforward. The long wharf is angled toward the land to provide a protective pocket. Several boats will probably be rafted inside the face of the wharf, with barely room to squeeze by between them and the land.
IF YOU ARE READING THIS, YOU HAVE VIOLATED
Anchorages, Moorings. There is about 6 feet of depth at low along the inner face of the long wharf. Tie up to one of the resident boats.

Getting Ashore. There are no floats in the harbor, so you will have to climb a vertical ladder to get ashore.

For the Boat. Water may be obtained at the wharf adjacent to the long wharf, but it dries out at low tide.
