This past summer we had a wonderful experience as we paddled around Bartlett Island in our homemade kayaks.
On the Maine Coast Guide web site describing Bartlett, it says: "No camping is allowed on Bartlett without permission, and no fires are allowed above the high tide mark."
We saw many signs on the island which said the same thing. How would we go about asking for permission to camp on the Island? Who should I contact?
