Seaways are beautiful downeast style boats. I have two friends with the 21' boats. One is a center console; the other has a small cuddy and hardtop. The center console needed extensive rebuilding of the hull stringers, which required cutting out the deck, removing the wooden stringers, and glassing in new ones. I can get you more details in the spring when these summer neighbors return.

Meanwhile, I looked up Seaway boats at the USCG Office of Boating Safety at http://http://www.uscgboating.org/recalls/mic_detail.aspx?id =XKX
