On the web, I changed my method of updating the 2002 edition, but I'm not sure it is better. Instead of writing an update newsletter, I was making the changes in the specific harbor entries and posting them. This encouraged me to keep posting harbors, but it made the changes more difficult to find in one place. This is due for an improvement.
Meanwhile, the 5th edition is taking shape....slowly. My apologies for not having it done sooner.
