Fri, 20 January 2006 21:11 I am considering relocating to a house on Rt 1 near the bridge at Falmouth Flats. I will be able to put in my kayak after a short carry. Can anyone give me advice regarding the conditions in that area, Presumpscot Bay-Casco Bay? I believe there are extensive mudflats and I will have to watch the tides. Is it smelly? Are there alot of biting insects? Is there alot of pollution? Or is it a nice place I could enjoy living in, has the cleanup made it good? Thanks! [Report message to a moderator]
