The body of fisherman Frank Parker, 32, was found by his friends close to where his 16' skiff capsized on Saturday, March 22. The US Coast Guard, the Marine Patrol, and dive teams from local and state police were unable to locate the fisherman on Saturday. The friends, experienced urchin divers, found his body quickly.
Frank Parker was alone. He was lobstering when his boat capsized off the southern end of Bailey Island.
